These Terms of Service govern your use of HTMLify (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
HTMLify provides free, browser-based HTML processing tools. The Service is provided "as is" for personal and professional use. All tool processing occurs locally in your browser — we don't receive, store, or process the HTML you work with.
2. Acceptable Use
You may use HTMLify for any lawful purpose. You may not:
- Use the Service to process or distribute malicious code
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service
- Use the Service in a way that damages, disables, or impairs its functionality for other users
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
3. Intellectual Property
The HTMLify website, including its design, code, blog content, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or republish our content without permission. The HTML you paste into our tools remains entirely yours — we claim no rights over it.
4. No Warranties
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The tools will produce output that is correct in all cases
- The Service will be available at all times without interruption
- The tools are free of bugs or limitations
Always verify tool output before using it in production. The tools are designed to be helpful, not infallible.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HTMLify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or business interruption.
6. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be resolved in accordance with that law.
